Today I researched about what machine I should get and my options were the Brother Innov-ís 50 or a machine produced by Janome. The reason I considered Janome was because after doing some research I found that Janome sewing machines are very popular against beginners and experts and they are much sturdier compared to Brother and their price in Dubai was much cheaper. Besides the internet, I wanted the opinion of Vanessa whom I previously mentioned in my inspirations. I felt that since Vanessa herself is experienced, she could give me a possible choice.
When I asked Vanessa what machine I should consider buying, her response was:
The machine that Vanessa uses is pictured in the above picture on the left side of the table. It is a Janome Décor Computer 3050.
After reading her response I did consider getting a Janome as many people around me as well said that it is a company that has been around longer than Brother and I felt that this proved it to be trustworthy and reliable. In terms of what Janome machine, I was considering to buy the same one Vanessa had since I do not know about the other ones too well and Vanessa’s janome DC3050 seems to be doing its job perfectly for her.

So I headed out at about 7:30 to Deira as there is only one official dealer of Janome in Dubai and I picked up the Janome Décor 3050. I asked the dealer whether the machine included a zipper foot and he said it did so that was a bonus since I knew that I would not have to run around searching for one.
